Tackling the great South run and supporting the guide dogs

After competing in the New Forest 10 mile run, my old friend Phil Williams and I are running in the Great South Run (10 miles) in support of the guide dogs. We are rasing money for this important charity which aims to provide mobility and freedom to blind and partially sighted people and also campaign for the rights of people with visual impairment.
The run will be taking place on the 25ht October in Portsmouth and if you would like to sponsor our run please go to my justgiving page-
